Prohibited Products
To protect customers and responsible vendors, Cheepla may reject, remove or restrict listings that are unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading or unsuitable for the marketplace.
Illegal or Counterfeit Goods
Illegal products, stolen goods, counterfeit goods and products that infringe intellectual property rights are prohibited.
Unsafe or Restricted Goods
Products subject to legal, regulatory, age, safety or transport restrictions must not be listed unless Cheepla expressly permits them and all applicable requirements are satisfied.
Fraudulent Listings
Fake offers, misleading descriptions, manipulated prices, false scarcity claims and other deceptive practices are prohibited.
Financial or Personal Data Abuse
Do not request unnecessary payment credentials, passwords, OTPs or sensitive customer information through product listings or messages.
Enforcement
Cheepla may remove a listing, suspend a vendor, hold a payout for review or take other appropriate action where a prohibited-product concern arises.
