Our repair services include device diagnostics, hardware and software troubleshooting, screen and battery repairs, charging-port issues, component replacement where available, and general electronic fault detection. Each device is assessed to identify the problem and determine the appropriate repair solution

Garrison is Cheepla’s central repair and engineering destination. Devices collected from customers through Cheepla’s service locations are routed here for coordinated diagnostics, repair assessment, engineering work and repair-progress updates.
Customers can use their existing booking and tracking details to follow the device journey. Local collection points remain separate from the central repair operation.
