- Ensuring that any device submitted for repair belongs to you or that you have proper authority to request the repair.
- Ensuring that devices submitted for repair are not stolen, counterfeit or unlawfully obtained.
- Providing relevant information about your device and its fault to help facilitate the repair process.
- Reviewing quotations and providing any required approvals before additional repair work proceeds.
Orders & Payments
Product prices and repair estimates will be presented through the applicable listing, quotation or booking process. Prices may change without prior notice, but a price change does not by itself alter an already confirmed order unless otherwise agreed or permitted by applicable law.
Payment Requirements
Payment is required before product delivery or completion of repair services, in accordance with the payment terms communicated for your order or booking.
Order Cancellation
Cheepla.com reserves the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a technical issue prevents the order from being processed, or another legitimate operational issue arises. Where an order has already been paid for, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the communicated refund terms and applicable law.
Delivery & Service Timelines
The following are our usual estimated service and delivery timelines. Actual completion times may vary depending on the circumstances of your order.
Repair Services
Standard repairs typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the device type and repair complexity.
Product Orders
In-stock phones and accessories usually take 3–5 business days to be delivered.
Delays and Updates
Urgent or complex repairs may take longer than the standard repair period. Product delivery may also be delayed by stock availability, courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive repair or delivery status updates through email or SMS where those notification channels are available.
Warranty & Liability
Repair Warranty
Repairs are covered by a limited warranty where specified for the relevant service. The applicable warranty period, coverage, exclusions and conditions will be communicated for that repair.
Device Data and Backups
Customers are responsible for backing up important data before submitting a device for repair. Where possible, remove or secure sensitive information before handing over your device.
