Vendor Product Guidelines
Clear, honest product listings help customers choose confidently and help vendors avoid preventable complaints and returns.
Accurate Information
Use clear titles, accurate specifications, genuine images and truthful descriptions. Do not hide important defects or limitations.
Pricing & Stock
Keep prices and stock quantities current. Do not advertise products that you cannot reasonably fulfil.
Product Images
Use images that represent the actual product where appropriate. Do not use images you do not have permission to use.
Brand & Specifications
Where applicable, provide accurate brand, model, RAM, storage, condition and other product attributes. Do not misrepresent refurbished or used goods as new.
Approval
Vendor products may enter a pending review state. Cheepla may edit, reject, unpublish or request clarification before publication.
